Implementing Third Party Learning Resources To Support Employee Retention And Skill Development
Thanks to the “great resignation,” employers are looking for ways to enhance their employee value proposition through various initiatives. One such initiative focuses on upskilling employees to retain them and prepare them for future roles in the organization. One of the ways to do this is by enhancing learning and development programs with additional resources and tools to address current employee skill gaffes. More importantly, it’s important for employees to have opportunities to enhance their skills regardless of whether they are looking for a new role or are considering just building up their current skill set. There are numerous online resources that can be used as part of a third-party contact strategy. In this presentation, we will review the benefits of developing a learning content strategy, and discuss the benefits of online resources such as LinkedIn learning and Massive Online Open Course (MOOCS). Will also discuss a strategy for developing your online content strategy.
