  • Shaunak Roy holds an undergraduate degree in engineering from IIT Bombay and a graduate degree in engineering systems from MIT.  Shaunak spent almost a decade in various engineering and management roles before starting Yellowdig in 2014. Yellowdig is a digital solution that powers lifelong learning. Through a gamified peer learning approach, Yellowdig substantially improves engagement and retention rates of programs; from pre-enrollment, through all aspects of student life (support services, student groups, courses, cohorts, communities, etc.), to alumni and lifelong learning initiatives.
  • Michael Eiseman was a chemical engineer with DuPont Research and Development for 30 years. In the evenings Mike volunteer tutored high school students in math and science and developed a vision for software to help his students called Algebra By Hand. He created this software and now works full time with teachers, improving and marketing it as a product. Algebra By Hand is a web application that makes students faster, more accurate, and more confident at solving algebra problems. Students solve linear equations using drag and drop gestures that reduce their cognitive load and allow them to explore more efficient solving strategies. Algebra By Hand grades students' assignments automatically and provides helpful feedback to students as well as useful analytics to teachers allowing them to grade less and teach more. Integrated with Google Classroom, Canvas and D2L, Algebra By Hand can be used in a classroom or tutoring environment.
  • Mustafa Sualp is the CEO and servant leader of AEFIS a SaaS Assessment Management Platform for HigherEd.
