  The wiring and structure of the human brain is always changing based on experience and relationships. Learn and master new ways to attune to and nurture healthy brain states for maximum growth and learning during the digital education experience. Create and maintain a healthy digital learning process that maximizes neuroplasticity -- changes to the developing brain's physical structure and neurogenesis -- the creation of new neurons. This workshop will be interactive and will use Blooket as a digital tool.
